Uncle Solomon we have not seen each other for a while due to ill health and distance, but you were not, or will be  ever forgotten. Memories from Forest Hill, Dulwich and few times in New Cross which were all fun times whether through the sharing of food, music or who ever turn it was to laugh at. As teenagers in those there were many wise advise about growing to learn from you. At the time many of the advise sounded strict then but I, and no doubt few others, later found out the hard way. So thank you and salute you for your contribution to my teenage years.

The last time we had a good laugh was I walked past you in Peckham trying to beat the traffic wardens and therefore I did not notice you were standing talking to some friends, and what did uncle Solomon do used the end of his walking stick and grabbed me back with a voice 'why you passing me'. Off course I apologised and said 'uncle Solomon the parking ticket parking ticket! In response 'run because dem don't joke'. By uncle Solomon actions in passing him was evidence of the nature of how well we free with each other.

Uncle Solomon I thank you again and your memory will live on. God Bless you.
